宽煤柱条件下沿空巷道冲击地压防治技术研究

摘要: 煤柱的留设是冲击地压防治工作中的重要因素,但由于通风、防火及历史原因,使得部分矿仍留设宽煤柱,造成沿空巷道在掘进过程中动力显现频繁,严重威胁着生产安全。论文以崔木煤矿21306工作面为工程对象,对沿空巷道掘进过程中的动力现象进行分析,通过数值模拟及现场微震监测,确定21306机巷沿空掘进时煤岩层冲击倾向性、向斜构造、沿空煤柱为动力显现的主要影响因素,尤其是在煤柱内存在泄水巷的区域,其微震事件最为频繁。针对其影响因素,在掘进过程中先后采用了超前卸压、两帮及底板卸压措施,在迎头后方,为降低邻近采空区对巷道的影响,在泄水巷区域采用了顶板预裂爆破措施。通过上述措施,21306机巷在掘进过程中,动力现象明显减少,至巷道贯通,未发生冲击事故,保障了沿空巷道的安全掘进。

Abstract: Design of coal pillar are important factors in the prevention and treatment of percussive ground pressure. But as a result of ventilation, fire prevention and historical reasons, some mines mined with wide pillar. In mine roadway excavation in the process of dynamic appeared frequently, a serious threat to the safety production. In this paper, Cui Mu coal mine 21306 working face of engineering objects. Determined by numerical simulation and field microseismic monitoring, impact bias, syncline structure, coal strata along the empty coal pillar is the main influence factors of percussive ground pressure of 21306 roadway. In the excavation process has adopted advanced pressure relief, two sides and bottom pressure relief measures. Pre-splitting blasting in the drainage areas has been done besides the roof. Through the above measures, lane 21306 machine in the process of excavation, significantly reduce the dynamic phenomenon, roadway, to not impact accidents, ensure the safety of along goaf roadway.
